We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
- Return Eligibility:
- Must be reported within 3 days of delivery
- Valid for defective/misprinted/damaged items only
- Requires unboxing video, photos, and original packaging
- Return Process:
- Email help@desicanvas.in with order ID, reason, and proof
- We verify and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days
- Ship to: HUEPress, 42A, Ambrose Nagar, Somanur Road, Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, TN – 641659
- Refunds:
- Processed through Razorpay to the original method
- COD refunds via bank transfer or Razorpay Payment Link
- Issued within 5–7 business days of verification
- Replacements:
- Available for eligible issues upon request
- Treated as new orders; shipping may apply
Return Policy
We accept returns only for manufacturing defects, misprints, or damage during shipping. Non-defective returns are not accepted due to the custom nature of our products.
Conditions:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof
- Provide an unboxing video and photos
- Return shipping costs borne by the customer unless the defect is our error
Not Eligible:
- Colour variations, minor measurement differences (±0.5 inches), or RTOs
RTOs:
- No refunds for RTOs; re-shipping possible with added fee
